Worst Branch for Bank of the West I have ever used.

This bank is very uncooperative. I normally bank at the Longmont or Niwot branch even though I live in Loveland because I work in Boulder. When I do go to this bank they act like I am nobody. They want to charge a fee for everything they can possibly charge a fee for. I have had alot of money in this bank with multiple High Dollar CD's, Money Market accounts and multiple checking accounts. I have always been treated very well at other branches and received little perks (like no fee travelers checks) but this branch is terrible on their customer service. Especially Bernice Mendoza....she should be fired for how rude she is to people. I am in the process of removing all my monies from this bank and depositing them in a different bank. If Bank of the West needs to close nay branches, this one should be the first to close. I even asked Jason Haynes, the Branch Manager to call me back and never received a call. By far the worst Customer Service I have ever seen from a bank. VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER
